With vocals that take you to the wailing heights and just as quickly slam you down into the depths, laden with riff-tastic rhythms, this is one unbelievably awesome power metal fest. Storytelling at its best. For lovers of metal, this is a must. I'm going to love losing more of my hearing on Warrior Path.

An absolutely beautiful composition through and through. The riffs and melodies are so tight and well crafted, with soaring lyrics that pull the whole story together. When I first heard Across the Ancient Dessert, I stopped what I was doing and my heart skipped a beat. I think it encapsulated every emotion I had reading the Chain of Dogs for the first time. That series means something special to me. I was already loving the album, and this song sold me immediately. This is really worth a listen.
